2 Hähnchenbrustfilets
200 ml Coke Zero
1 TL Tandoorigewürz ohne Salz
1 Zwiebel
Salz/Pfeffer
200 gr Blumenkohlröschen

Huhn in Würfen schneiden und in einer Pfanne heiß anbraten bis sie Farbe bekommen. Zwiebel in feine Streifen schneiden und hinzufügen. Hitze runterschalten bis die Zwiebeln etwas Farbe annehmen.
Tandoori-Gewürz drüberstreuen und anrösten bis es aus der Pfanne lecker indisch riecht. Mit der Cola ablöschen und einköcheln lassen.
In der Zwischenzeit den Blumenkohl ca. 10 min garkochen.
Zusammen servieren.

For 2 servings you need:

  • 2 Chicken filets
  • 200 ml coke zero
  • 1 table spoon of tandory seasoning
  • 1 onion
  • salt/pepper
  • 200 g cauliflower

Preparation:

  1. Dice the chicken in cubes and fry in a pan with some olive oil until they are golden brown
  2. Cut the onion into thin slices and add to the chicken, lower the heat to avoid that the onions get burnt
  3. Add the tandori spice and stir for 5 min
  4. add the coke and let it cook until the coke gets thicker (5-6 min)
  5. In the meantime cook the cauliflower in some salt water
