3 Eier
2 EL Maizena (Maisstärke)
5 TL Süßstoff
1,5 TL Backpulver
Eier trennen, Eiweiß steif schlagen, restl. Zutaten vermischen, Eiweiß unterheben und dann 8-10 min in der Mikrowelle backen…..
Dukan Sugar Cake
For 2 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 2 table spoons of corn flour
- 1 teaspoon of sweetener
- 1 tea spoon of baking soda
Preparation:
- Divide the eggs
- Stiff whip the egg whipes with a pinch of salt
- Mix the other ingredients and gently work in the egg whites
- Fill in a small glass bowl (there should be 2-3 cm room because the dough rises)
- Bake in the mikrowave for 8-10 min
You can pimp this cake easily with aroma, Goji Berries etc
