friend of mine returned from italy and brought me 2 big lemons as a
souvenir. They are very specific, as they have a thick and very
aromatic peel. I use them for lemon salt (simply grate the peel and
mix it with rough sea salt – store for about 2 weeks and enjoy on
grilled chicken or grilled beef). But what to do with the rest?
Simple – just make some diet lemonade 🙂 –
get the juice (approx 80 ml for 1 lemon) –
2 tablespoons sweatener –
some mint leaves –
ice cold sparkling water mix
it and enjoy – life can be so simple
