Not only around easter I love scrambled egg and salmon, but I do not like all the mixing and pan cleaning. The perfect solution is a microwave version:
Per serving you need
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese with herbs
- 2 slices smoked salmon
Mix the egg and the cream cheese. Cover the inside of a small glass bowl with the smoked salmon and pour the egg in. Put in the microwave for about 5-6 minutes (pay attention, the egg tends to flow over)
You can eat it out of the bowl or put in on a plate like a little souffle. I prefer it with toasted gluten bread and cream cheese balls.
Pro Portion
– 1 Ei
– 1 EL Frischkäse 0,2% Kräuter
– 1 Scheibe Lachs
Ei und Frischkäse gut verrühren. Ein kleines Glas mit 1 Scheibe Lachs auslegen, Ei einfüllen und ca 5 min in der Mikrowelle garen.
Aus dem Glas essen oder stürzen, nach Belieben dekorieren. Lecker dazu: getoastetes Glutenbrot oder (mein Favorit) leckere Frischkäsekugeln
